The International Festival of Spinning Tops, Piorras and Ticks, in its IV edition, brought forward a program that directly dialogues with three powerful themes, which emanate from the constant dialogue between Carretel Cultural and children from different territories and Brazilian realities. The realization was by Carretel Cultural and the production by Associação Mucury Cultural and Carretel Cultural, and Mútua with the creative direction of the whole process, from the visual identity, creation of live posters, programming, and live transmission of the festival.
